We truly enjoyed our stay at Econo Lodge Ottawa. The pool area was nice, and the location was superb – right by Burger King and various dining options.

The man working the desk the night of arrival could barely speak English. It was very difficult to communicate with him. In fact, it was almost useless. He was pleasant appearing, but who knows what he was saying? This was the case when I spoke with him on the phone, and again upon reaching the hotel.

The rooms were cool and incredibly comfortable with 2 queen beds. Extra coffee provided in the room. The location is great, very close to various dining options. The personnel was efficient and helpful, willing to assist with anything needed.

The attendant took a xerox of my credit card for what unknown reason when I told him I wanted the copy he it was for future reference I made him give me the copy.. Seemed fishy to me..

The man that checked us in, was not very friendly. Couldn't really get him to explain the charges, he just said it would be divided out in the morning bill. When morning came there was a charge on there for the safe, which we did not use, & was not told about the charge. The lady in the morning was very nice & returned our charge for the safe.

The room was clean and impressive with 2 queen beds. The check-in was easy. The staff was efficient and helpful, willing to help. The location was good, very close to other hotels and restaurants making it easily accessible.

Perfect setting, it's close to Ottawa-Comfort, Travel Lodge and Best Western, and various dining options. The rooms are large and impressive with 2 queen beds and Extra coffee, for example. The staff are very amiable.

Friendly and helpful staff; they really go out of their way. The room had two full-size comfy beds, and it was quite cool. Plus, the rate was just $77! 🌟
